In the Hawkesbury River area in New South Wales, Australia a number of relics have been found over the years. These include 2 large carved stone heads dug up near Richmond that are identical to examples of the sun god 'mithras' and earth mother goddess 'Demeter'. Phoenician deities worshipped over 2800 or more years ago.
